This system is highly evaluated for its low cost, compactness, high recovery rate, and safety.
It can be applied to all kinds of hydrocarbon vapors such as gasoline, naphtha, jet fuel, solvents, etc., for the purpose of preventing air pollution and recovering resources.
case2Organic solvent gas recovery unit (VOC-VRU)
This system was developed as an energy-saving device to recover high-concentration volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and regenerate inert gases. It is custom designed to meet the customers needs for each project depending on the type of solvent, concentration, and air volume.
As a treatment and recovery device for VOCs (volatile organic compounds) emitted from pharmaceutical plants and chemical companies that handle petrochemical solvents, it can be applied to benzene, trichloroethylene, MEK, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate, etc., in accordance with the PRTR Law.

The HC-VRU absorbs VOCs generated during loading and unloading and processes the treated gas to below the regulation value.
We have a wide range of experience in exhaust gas treatment equipment for tank facilities, and we can design equipment according to the customers application, not limited to the VPSA (silica gel) method.

Based on our experience in the design and manufacture of exhaust gas treatment equipment and construction work in the petrochemical industry, we can handle the entire process from can manufacturing, piping work, electrical work, and unitization.

case1Introduction of processing equipment in China
Air pollution regulations are progressing in China, including the PM2.5 problem and VOC regulations. SYSTEM ENG SERVICE proposes, designs, and manufactures equipment to comply with these environmental regulations.
At our manufacturing plant in Chongqing, we manufacture tanks and piping based on the production drawings, assemble them, perform electrical work, and invite customers to come and witness the inspection before shipment.
By conducting pre-shipment inspections while the equipment is fully assembled, we are able to better respond to customer requests and reduce problems at the site after shipment.

In Korea, we worked with a partner company to provide equipment that complied with Korean exhaust gas regulations.
The equipment was manufactured locally according to ASME standards.
Piping, electrical work, and unit manufacturing
When manufacturing exhaust gas treatment equipment, SYSTEM ENG SERVICE handles everything from piping, tower tank, and electrical design to equipment procurement, manufacturing, assembly, inspection, commissioning, and maintenance.
Based on our experience in manufacturing units, we are also engaged in the manufacture of cooling equipment units and deodorization equipment for our customers, as well as piping and electrical work associated with the remodeling and modification of our customers' facilities.
We have received requests to combine plumbing and electrical work, as well as requests to convert a design that has already been completed into a unit.
