What is VPSA?
It is a method that uses two adsorption towers to perform adsorption at atmospheric pressure and desorption under vacuum.
It is an epoch-making VOC treatment technology that can treat highly concentrated VOC gas in the unit of Vol% as it is, while generating low heat and eliminating the need for wastewater treatment.
Safe, with save risk of ignition or explosion!
Because of adsorbent is silica gel, We save risk of ignition or explosion.
Adsorption by silica gel is…
Silica gel is a non-flammable and very safe adsorbent with little temperature rise due to adsorption heat.
Life of adsorbent: 5 years or more
The performance of the adsorbent has not been degraded even in actual equipment that has been in operation for more than 10 years.
And safety-conscious design features
Zinc plating to reduce static electricity generation.
When carbon steel material is used, zinc plating is applied.
SUS material with excellent corrosion resistanc
Since the product will be used for many years, it is made of highly corrosion-resistant and durable SUS material.
Emergency stop (interlock)
This function is activated in the event of a failure of electric equipment or rotating equipment, or in the event of an equipment performance failure or emergency stop. (Control panel touch panel screen)
Dry vacuum pump (Wing Swing)
The dry type eliminates contamination of the recovery liquid by sealant.
Dry vacuum pump (Roots)
Dry pump (screw)
What is the difference from other methods?
The adsorbent is silica gel, so We save risk of ignition or explosion.
This is a new technology that takes the best parts of the various VOC treatment and recovery methods that have been used in the past.
By adsorbing the VOCs onto silica gel, we have been able to ensure safety as well as recovery rate and introduction cost.

For recovery of highly concentrated VOC gas
The various methods of VOC treatment and recovery that have been used in the past have their own strengths and weaknesses.
Conventional adsorption methods require dilution of VOCs to below the lower explosive limit to ensure safety, but SES’s VPSA method uses non-flammable silica gel to treat highly concentrated gases in Vol% units as they are.
If you are interested in VOC countermeasures, please consult with SES, which has a wealth of experience.
